The property is on three quarters of an acre of sloping land with a magnificent Samaan tree (also known as a Rain Tree) shading the top portion of lawn. Below the house are a wooden deck and benched liming area, a wooden gazebo and a teardrop shaped pool with a “disappearing edge”. Maid service 6 days per week.
